The Revue!

Planning of the Revue is back underway, helmed by Maia Falconi-Sachs and GG&SS Founder, Jack Marshall. Drawing inspiration from over fifty years of GG&SS material – from Gilbert and Sullivan, musical theater, and plays – the Revue promises to be a fun and exciting celebration with something for everyone. If you previously signed up, you should be getting an email (or already have gotten one) about your continued interest/availability.  If you didn't sign up before, but are interested now, please complete this form.

Please email revue@ggss50th.org if you have questions about the performance plans.
The cast of Romeo and Juliet stands on stage after Tybalt's death.

The Misfit Players

On the afternoon of Saturday September 13th, we will be doing a staged reading of the “The Misfit Players”. The play, written by local playwright Ellen Dean Price, is a backstage comedy that will hit close to home for many of us and involve many delightful GGSS references and callbacks.

As a staged reading it will be entirely open book and involve minimal blocking or technical design. We anticipate there will be 2-4 zoom read-throughs for light character work and a single mandatory in-person rehearsal prior to the reading.

The staged reading will be produced and directed by William McNamara, if you are interested in participating please reach out to him at wmac131@gmail.com.

The Gala is the premier event of our Anniversary Reunion Weekend!  Starting after Saturday's Revue performance, we'll gather to catch up and celebrate GG&SS!  Festive attire (however you define it) is welcome.  Light hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served.
